The Change We Seek®

Business Growth Strategies core purpose is impact: to grow conscious businesses that grow our community. The company offers a robust strategic thinking and planning framework, targeting business owners who are genuine about their desire to build something special. To help clients achieve sustainable growth, co-owners Rod Fraser and Ellyn Martin, also provide coaching for leadership teams that strengthens their personal leaderships skills.

Operating from regional Australia, the company is committed to its BHAG (big, hairy audacious goal) of the Wodonga region being recognised as the conscious business capital of Australia. This means supporting 30 businesses in the region to become certified B Corps by 2030. The BHAG is referred to in-house and locally as 30x30. Their belief is that 30 values and purpose-driven businesses operating from the region would be a tipping point for conscious business that would see it go viral.
