About Human IT

15 years ago Human IT noticed a problem.

The best and latest in technology and know-how was out of reach for the organisations that desperately needed it. Benevolent organisations need and deserve the same level of tech as the big players so as to become efficient, effective and deliver maximum social impact. Technology can make a real, measurable difference to how effectively an organisation carries out its promise but is often used poorly and hinders rather than helps. An IT system that is aligned to an organisation's purpose is the solution.

This is why Human IT exists. Everything they do helps the social sector harness technology to maximise impact.

Human IT is a full service IT firm from strategy, to design, implementation and support. Combining best practice approach, capable people, real world insights and a passion to make a difference.

Becoming a B Corp is more than adding a label to our business. It brings with it a set of values, beliefs and optimism for the future. We exist to help benevolent organisations harness technology so as to become efficient, effective and deliver maximum social impact. B Corp certification validates our mission and pushes us, and the world, further towards the new economy.

The Change We Seek®

Despite people’s best endeavours IT often underperforms and fails to produce the real world outcomes leaders are seeking.

IT Strategies are often misaligned with purpose & lack practicality, there is no framework to measure how well IT is performing, or where you should focus next.

As a result organisations fail to reach their full potential or truly maximise the impact they seek to create.

IT should solve problems, never add to them.

An IT system that is clearly aligned with your purpose, designed to build capacity and maximise your social impact, governed by a best-practice framework that informs you of how your IT is performing, and where you need to focus next to continually improve.

It all starts by aligning IT to your purpose. From Alignment to Design to Implementation to Management. Human IT is there every step of the way.

What makes us a better company?
