LED Inspire | WATT +FLUX's goal is to reduce Greenhouse gases. They have exceeded their annual GHG reducing goals since inception. They perform a highly vetted energy saving procurement and installation of LED lighting lamps, luminaries and fully integrated energy saving systems. They employ a proprietary and comprehensively researched and "field experience fortified" process in their install and consulting service, including: energy lighting consumption audit and feasibility full investment grade LED lighting retrofit studies (before and after), Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Operations and Maintenance logistics refinement plans, LED lighting product pairing and procurement, custom application LED lighting luminaire and retrofit product design, logistic planning project management and installation construction management with an unrelenting approach and sense of commitment and honor for client service and warranty implementation liason duties. They provide full product sales and support for high impact LED retrofit and new construction applications focusing on wide scale portfolios of over 500,000 Sq ft each and over 1M lbs of greenhouse gases reduced per project. LED Inspire also specializes in producing video case studies to highlight and capture the retrofit metrics and energy saving impact for their clients to keep and utilize. LED Inspire | WATT +FLUX seeks to identify highly vetted, precisely balanced LEDs and support procurement of US made products as their focus. They have removed 1.8 Million lbs of GHG and are currently in contract remove 4.6 M lbs of GHG. They are here to transform operations into lean consumers with streamlined maintenance, this is how they achieve a significant reduction in GHG. Current work has spanned 65 Acres, 21 buildings, 1.6 M sq ft of high positive impact project performance generating exceptional client feedback.

The Worker section of the survey assesses the company's relationship with its workforce. The Community section of the survey assesses a company's impact on its community. The Community section evaluates a company's supplier relations, diversity, and involvement in the local community. The section also measures the company's practices and policies around community service and charitable giving. In addition, this section includes if a company's product or service is designed to solve a social issue, including access to basic services, health, education, economic opportunity, arts, and increasing the flow of capital to purpose-driven enterprises.



The Governance section of the Assessment evaluates a company's accountability and transparency. The section focuses on the company's mission, stakeholder engagement, and overall transparency of the company's practices and policies.
