About Let Em Have It Salon

Let Em Have It Salon was established by Kyle and Fallene Wells in 2017. They're committed to creating an authentic salon experience tailored to their customers, using business as a force for good while upholding a commitment to a healthy, sustainable world. Let Em Have It Salon offers hair and skincare services using cruelty-free high quality products with natural and sustainable ingredients.

Committed to ethical business practices, they offer a positive, flexible environment that encourages creativity and lifelong learning. Let Em Have It Salon pays it forward by volunteering their time and donating resources to local charities they support. They view success as inspiring their clients with these values and the joy of making consumer choices that have a positive impact on the world.

As a Green Circle Salon & Spa Let Em Have It Salon has the ability to divert all of their salon and spa waste, in addition to recycling local and composting. They've partnered with Arcadia Power and Ecoheads to become 100% wind powered, use solar and conserve water.

Becoming a Certified B Corporation was important to us to provide more transparency for our customers and inspire other salons to make a positive impact in the world.
