With a customer centric model they focus on giving their customers what they really want,100% order fulfillment with a transparent long term sustainable solution and pricing model. With value added services, this approach has been highly rewarded by increasing sales and amazing customer retention.

Red-Inc save on product costs, environmental impact and human effort in a consumer focused way.

Since our conception we have been giving back whilst operating in the most responsible way possible. We always consider our own impact on all resources. It has been second nature to us simply because we believe wholeheartedly in best practice and have a strong set of principles around business for good.

B Corp Certification allows companies like us to document our journey and tell our story in a non egotistical way. It has helped us formalise every aspect of our business and it separates those who pretend, to those that do!

B Corp Certification means we adhere categorically to stringent scrutiny, and that the positive outcomes of this give us a badge of honour and credibility that our industry struggles with. It is one that potential suppliers or clients can look at and know that we are very serious about what we do and how we do it. The certification with B Lab ticks all boxes, not just expected ones.

The Change We Seek®

Red-Inc believe that their industry needs to adapt to the changing market conditions and new ways of thinking. They need to attract talent first and foremost and B Corps can aid that process. Out of date sales processes, tender compliance and owner managed company structures have to adhere to a new dynamic and a new set of rules if there is any chance of real progress.

So instead of sitting back and accepting what was, Red-Inc is spearheading a change of cultures which includes everything from sales and purchasing habits, through to probably the most damaging of all - product sourcing, selection, delivery logistics and packaging.

What makes us a better company?
