What motivated you to pursue B Corp certification?
B Corp Certification demonstrates to the marketplace that Recruit for Good is ethical, gives back to the community and is able to stand up to a rigorous audit process. i.e. Confirmation from an independent third party that we are what we say we are.
How do you plan to celebrate your B Corp certification?
By releasing a new approach to assist the NFP sector in funding specific projects.
Can you share some of the initiatives or impact areas you do really well in, that qualify you as a B Corp?
With one of our National Sydney based clients, we have recruited 80 staff across a 3 year period, saving the client in excess of $500,000.00 in recruitment fees and generated $170,000.00 in donations for a homelessness project building an aged care facility to cater for members of Sydney’s most vulnerable aging homeless community.
Do you have any tips for aspiring B Corps about the certification process?
The certification process is a great way to identify areas where you can increase your impact.
