Elana is the Founder and CEO of foundher. A small consultancy with a big mission to equip ambitious leaders of change with a new toolkit designed for our modern world since 2018. Being B focussed, outside of certification support Elana dedicates her focus to designing, training and mentoring leaders and organisations to increase their B Corp and SDG impact via programs that design in the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) along with the latest research for human change.
