As the ESG Practice Principal at The Growth Activists, Kirsty works with aspiring and certified B Corp businesses of all sizes, with a track record in guiding large and complex businesses through the B Corp process.With a career grounded in blue chip enterprises - Australia, UK, USA, and NZ - she benchmarks and develops Economic, Environment, Social and Governance (EESG) strategies for substantive and positive social, environmental and economic impact; including the bottom line. Kirsty works with tech, apparel, arts and tourism, education and financial sector clients, with deep expertise in retail financial services, investments and funds management. An AICD accredited NED, she provides pro-bono support to not-for-profits in early education and services for women. She also supports expanding micro-enterprises to build powerful sustainability foundations.
