Sarah Holden, founder and Director of Oxygen Consulting, has 25 years of experience helping over 100 organisations achieve sustainability goals. Formerly in senior sustainability roles at Westpac and IAG, Sarah holds a PhD in environmental and marine science and is a trained Carbon Auditor. She is a member of the New Zealand Government’s Climate Business Advisory Group and the international ISO/TC 207 SC7 committee. Sarah sits on the Sustainable Business Council (SBC) Advisory Board and is also a member of the Institute of Directors (MInstD), Al Gore’s Climate Reality Leadership Corps, and the Carbon and Energy Professionals Network (CEP).
